Alan Oratz

Alan has a great wealth of knowledge in design, construction and architecture. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Analysis and Environmental Design from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. After college he spent many years in the construction industry, building custom homes and remodeling homes and businesses in Montana's Flathead Valley, Maui Hawaii, and Portland Oregon. Alan was the Coordinator of Consumer Affairs at Salomon North America, so he brings a special sensitivity and skill set designed to ensure client satisfaction. Alan is an accomplished cook, skier, and sailor who holds a United States Coast Guard 100-ton Ocean Master Captain's license. He and his wife have a 7-year-old son and two wily dogs.
